Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines to help you understand our cancellation terms.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

  • To cancel, email support@ayushmed.in with your order details.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days via IMPS/NEFT/UPI.

2. Order Cancellation by AyushMed

  • AyushMed reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

    • Product out of stock

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Payment issues or suspected fraud

    • Regulatory restrictions on sale or delivery

  • In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in full.

3. Non‑Cancellable Orders

  • Orders for consumable Ayurvedic and wellness products cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Customized, special‑order, or promotional items are non‑cancellable.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds will be processed only after confirmation of cancellation.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non‑refundable.

  • Refunds require submission of the original invoice.

5. Disclaimer

  • AyushMed.in does not manufacture or certify products; items are sourced from third‑party suppliers.

  • We are not responsible for product efficacy, side effects, or suitability.

  • Cancellation and refunds are limited strictly to the conditions stated above.

6. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject exclusively to the courts of Patiala, Punjab.
