India Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and courier availability. Estimated delivery will be shared at checkout.

  • Delays due to courier, weather, or regulatory checks do not create liability for AyushMed.

2. Proof of Delivery

  • All deliveries are completed with OTP confirmation / signed proof of delivery.

  • Once OTP is entered or proof is signed, the order is deemed delivered in full.

  • No disputes or chargebacks will be entertained after OTP confirmation or signed proof.

3. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure correct address, PIN code, and contact details at checkout.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer are not eligible for refunds.

  • Re‑delivery may incur additional charges.

4. Non‑Delivery Claims

  • If a customer claims non‑delivery despite OTP confirmation or signed proof, such claims will be considered invalid.

  • For disputes raised via credit card chargebacks, AyushMed will provide courier logs, OTP records, and proof of delivery to the payment gateway.

  • Resolution timelines: 7–10 business days for investigation and response.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong, customers must notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Returns and refunds will follow the Refund & Return Policy.

6. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch (see Cancellation Policy).

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

7. Fraud Prevention

  • AyushMed reserves the right to blacklist accounts or addresses involved in repeated disputes or fraudulent claims.

  • Any misuse of chargeback mechanisms will be contested with full delivery evidence.

  • Customers agree not to raise disputes with their bank/credit card provider once OTP delivery is confirmed.

8. Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject exclusively to the courts of Patiala, Punjab.

International Shipping Policy

1. Scope of Service

  • International shipping is offered subject to courier availability and applicable export regulations.

  • AyushMed does not guarantee delivery timelines outside India; estimates are provided by the courier partner.

2. Duties, Taxes & Legal Compliance

  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and legal compliance in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • AyushMed is not liable for delays, seizures, or penalties imposed by customs or local authorities.

  • By placing an order, the customer confirms that importing Ayurvedic products is permitted in their country.

3. Proof of Delivery

  • Deliveries are completed with OTP confirmation / signed proof of delivery.

  • Once confirmed, the order is deemed delivered in full. No disputes or chargebacks will be entertained thereafter.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • If cancelled after dispatch, the full shipping fee (to and fro) will be charged and deducted from any refund.

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

5. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only at the customer’s expense.

  • Return shipping must be prepaid and tracked; AyushMed will not arrange international pickups.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Non‑Delivery Claims

  • If a customer claims non‑delivery despite OTP confirmation or signed proof, such claims will be considered invalid.

  • For disputes raised via credit card chargebacks, AyushMed will provide courier logs, OTP records, and proof of delivery to the payment gateway.

  • Resolution timelines: 10–15 business days for investigation and response.

7. Risk & Liability Disclaimer

  • AyushMed is not responsible for:

    • Customs rejection or confiscation of products.

    • Legal restrictions in the destination country.

    • Losses due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

  • The customer assumes all risks associated with international orders.
